Fitch Learning is seeking a Wealth Management Trainer based out of our London office, who can design and deliver training across a number of wealth and investment management programmes and academies for financial institutions.

We’ll Count on You To:

  • Have the potential to teach complex topics in an engaging, interactive way
  • Be willing and eager to learn with a desire to develop both your teaching skills, both virtual and in-person, and further your knowledge of the subject matter you will be delivering
  • Assist in the design and content of training materials
  • Have a full understanding of the objectives of the course, the participants and training materials
  • Support business development processes as the subject matter expert
  • Demonstrate relevant industry knowledge- acting as the first point of call for content and technical questions relating to the wealth management industry and specific product areas

What You Need to Have:

  • Wealth management experience from the financial services industry
  • Effective communication skills with a passion for education
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Strong levels of professionalism and cultural awareness appropriate to our industry

  • Prior teaching experience
