Interim Financial Controller – 6 months – (Apply online only)/day umbrella
My client has had an urgent need for an Interim FC arise in their team. This will be a hands–on technical role where you will be responsible principally for ensuring that month end is disciplined as a cycle and that the general ledger is maintained. Reporting directly into the CFO, you will also be supervising a junior Group Accountant.
Role:
- Stat accounts prep and running year–end (which is in March)
- Tax oversight and liaising with tax specialists
- Stakeholder management and dealing with investors
- Working closely with the FP&A Analyst to ensure budgets are aligned
Your background:
- ACA/ACCA qualified – 4+ years post qual
- Experience in tech/SaaS or Financial Services ideal
- Technically strong – confident running both month and year–end to a high standard
- Self–starter, able to delegate where needed
