We’re supporting a highly respected Leeds law firm that continues to strengthen its residential property offering. Following internal progression within the team, the firm is now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their successful department.

The Role: Property Assistant

This is an opportunity to join a busy, thriving residential property team handling a broad range of conveyancing matters. You’ll work closely with experienced fee earners and have exposure to varied and interesting caseloads, including:

• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Sales, purchases, and remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownership matters
• New build transactions

Your role will involve assisting with file progression, preparing documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, and ensuring smooth day-to-day management of matters.

Candidate Requirements
