Resident Liaison Officer Location: Plymouth and Surrounding Areas Salary: Open to negotiation We’re working with a well-established contractor in the South West who specialise in high-quality refurbishment and remedial works across the social housing and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team on a full-time, site-based basis. The Role: You’ll be the key point of contact for residents during works, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and supporting tenants throughout the project lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone personable, organised, and proactive who thrives in a customer-focused environment.
