We\βre seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Performance Analyst to join our Front Office Services team. This role is located in London, hybrid working. In this role, you\βll make an impact in the following ways: Daily and monthly calculation of performance returns. Perform attribution analysis across a range of Equity and Multi Asset strategies. Work with Portfolio Managers providing portfolio analysis, dealing with queries and attribution requests. Liaising with internal teams and/or third parties to deal with data issues to ensure accurate performance data is produced by the systems. Contributing to projects both within the team and throughout the business. To be successful in this role, we\βre seeking the following: Previous experience in a Performance & Attribution Analyst role. Proven ability to handle large data sets. Advanced Excel, working knowledge of VBA and SQL is preferred. Highly numerate with good attention to detail. CIPM or CFA Certification. Experience of Blackrock Aladdin and FactSet B-One would be advantageous.
