Program Director Role:
As a Program Director, you will lead customer programmes and projects across ERPM, HCM, and CX domains. Your expertise will drive the delivery of exceptional solutions, exceeding client expectations. Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of programme or project management experience is essential.
- At least 3 years of full-life cycle experience in Oracle Applications, Technology, or Systems implementation is required. Alternative experience with similar solutions will be considered.
- Proven customer-facing skills, preferably within an IT professional services organisation.
- Ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.
