We’re looking for a Mid-Level System Administrator with a strong foundation in AWS, Azure, and M365, and a passion for solving real tech problems. If you’re equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to configure laptops or managing cloud infrastructure, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure
  • Support and manage our Microsoft 365 environment across the business
  • Own and troubleshoot ZenDesk helpdesk tickets and resolve issues with pace and precision
  • Build, configure, and deploy laptops and Macs for new joiners and existing teams
  • Manage Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot for secure, remote-friendly device deployment
  • Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth and secure IT operations
  • Document processes and best practices to keep everything running like clockwork
  • Balance independent projects with strong team collaboration

What we’re looking for:

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a similar IT or SysAdmin role
  • Cloud confidence: hands-on experience with AWS and Azure
  • Proven experience with M365, Intune, and Windows Autopilot
  • Experience using ZenDesk or a similar helpdesk platform
  • Ability to build and support both Windows and Mac devices
  • Troubleshooting mindset with a calm, methodical approach
  • Clear communicator who documents as well as they debug
  • Happy to take ownership but always ready to collaborate

Bonus points if you have:

  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Microsoft 365
  • Network configuration experience
  • Awareness of IT security best practices
