Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive (Retail & Hospitality)

Salary: £85k – £90k base x2 OTE + shares

The role:
- Net new business focused selling complex SaaS into Retail and Hospitality verticals across UK&I.
- Drive full sales cycles from pipeline generation to closing within the enterprise segment.
- Utilise the MEDDPIC framework and value based selling, following a customer centric approach.
About you:
- 4+ years winning net new business selling complex SaaS – ideally in the employee engagement space.
- You have strong experience selling into retail and hospitality verticals, understanding buying personas and sales cycles.
- You follow a consultative approach ideally utilising MEDDPIC.
- Strong track record against quotas and thriving in a fast paced environment.
