THE ROLE

This company is seeking an Ops Tech Product Manager to lead and improve order management systems. The role involves managing the evolution from manual spreadsheets to a bespoke internal order management product, supporting personalised box orders, and overseeing the new marketplace supply chain. The next focus is researching and implementing an off-the-shelf ERP system, while maintaining a clear roadmap and strong leadership throughout the process.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Experience on the operations side of an internal digital product that is dictated by a physical product is key experience required – not a customer experience-based product
• Experience dealing with ERP system
• Marketplace, subscriptions and ecommerce background essential
