The Role As Finance Director , you’ll oversee financial performance, strategy, and planning, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide strategic financial advice to senior leadership and the board. Develop and execute financial strategies for growth and sustainability. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Identify opportunities for revenue and profit improvement.
