Quick overview

Southeastern is one of the busiest commuter rail companies in the UK running more than 2,000 trains, and carrying nearly 470,000 passengers every day between London, Kent and East Sussex.

Just over 4,500 employees – mostly from the communities that we serve – work together to provide this vital service, and we are looking to expand our successful team.

What makes us special?

Enabling our people to thrive is so important, it means that every colleague at Southeastern can be their best self and have a fulfilling experience. We’re fostering a culture where our colleagues enjoy coming to work, safe in the knowledge that we can be ourselves, that we are important, valued and that we have opportunities to develop and grow. This means that we can operate in a way that is accessible and inclusive for all.
