Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key-Worker at HYP Transitioning Lives Semi Independent Living Limited located in the United Kingdom. The Key-Worker will be responsible for supporting and guiding young people in their transition to independent living, providing emotional and practical support, and facilitating access to necessary services and resources.

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting vulnerable populations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide emotional and practical support
• Knowledge of resources and services for young people
• Empathy and patience in working with individuals facing challenges
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in social work, counseling, youth work, or related field is a plus
• Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
