Position: Fuel & Lubricant Coordinator

Location: Stanford-le-Hope, Essex

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fuel & Lubricant Coordinator to oversee the procurement, distribution, and tracking of fuel and lubricants across our operational sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain coordination and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the purchase, storage, and distribution of fuel and lubricants.
• Use warehouse systems & ICPMS Scheme Requirements to ensure the smooth and on time delivery of products to the end customer
• Sampling and testing of materials
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid operational delays
• Maintain logistics schedule, detailed records of usage, deliveries, and consumption trends
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage deliveries and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standard.
• Perform regular audits of fuel and lubricant usage and report findings
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on usage and costs
• Other general duties

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of CAF facility and supply chain
• Strong knowledge of the products and related safety protocols
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to negotiate and work with external suppliers
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to site locations if required

Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
