We are recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, a prominent Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI), for a dynamic and experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to support a high-profile individual in both personal and professional matters. The role is based in London with frequent global travel sometimes at short notice so flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support
- Complex diary and calendar management across time zones
- Meeting scheduling, coordination, and briefing preparation
- Email inbox management and correspondence handling
- Liaising with business associates, advisors, and key stakeholders
- Document preparation and minute taking
- Full travel management: itineraries, private aviation, visas, accommodation
- Coordination with household staff and service providers across multiple residences
- Oversight of private appointments, reservations, and events
- Personal errands, procurement of luxury goods, and gifting
- Discreet handling of sensitive personal and family matters
- Serving as first point of contact and trusted gatekeeper
- Anticipating needs, resolving issues proactively, and managing competing priorities
- Ensuring seamless organisation of all activities, often across multiple time zones and locations
- Supporting with special projects or ad hoc assignments as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience supporting a UHNWI or top-level executive
- Proven track record in a similar EA/PA role with extensive travel exposure
- Utmost discretion, integrity, and confidentiality
- Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Polished and professional communication style
- Tech-savvy, ideally with proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel coordination tools
- Willingness and availability to travel frequently and operate with a 24/7 mindset
