We are seeking a driven Group Commissions Clerk to join the Finance team at Maybourne. At Maybourne it is our purpose to create stories of distinction, and we know that truly memorable experiences are made up of countless small moments. Moments where the extraordinary becomes reality.
As a Groups Commission Clerk, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as Maybourne hotels point of contact for all commission related enquiries.
- The preparation, checks, adjustments and uploading commission reports to Onyxpay according to the weekly schedule for all MHG properties.
- Checking for accuracy, prepare and approve commission payment to TAs via hotel accounts payable (bacs payments).
- Maintaining an effective filing system that records all commission payments, and the handling of commission enquiries for auditing purposes.
- Assisting in the preparation of any ad-hoc analysis, reports or training as requested by management regarding commission policy and procedure.
