Alexander Lloyd are partnering with this renowned organisation to source an interim People Analyst to leverage People data and analytics to influence strategic HR and business decisions. This includes supporting both business-as-usual operations and HR transformation initiatives by delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR KPI reporting including headcount, turnover, and sickness absence.
- Partner with People Leaders to develop dashboards and analytics that support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure all data analysis activities comply with data privacy and protection regulations.
- Collaborate with the People Tech team to enhance reporting tools and drive efficiency.
- Identify and support process improvements with the People Services team to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and present reports and insights to stakeholders, offering recommendations based on data.
- Support both project teams and the wider HR function with HR data analysis and insight.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in a HR data or analytical role.
- Strong understanding of HR systems and reporting, ideally including SuccessFactors.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, data manipulation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting complex data in a clear, concise manner using PowerPoint and other tools.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualisation tools (desirable but not essential).
- Self-motivated, process-driven, and experienced in working in fast-paced environments.
