About the Role

As we continue our growth journey as a values-led executive search and leadership consultancy, we’re hiring an ambitious Global Talent Acquisition Leader & HR Project Manager to shape our internal hiring and evolve into a strategic HR leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition (Initial Focus – 80%)
- Partner with leaders and hiring managers to define needs and build scalable hiring strategies.
- Own end-to-end recruitment across functions: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding.
- Proactively headhunt and build talent networks.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and streamline recruitment processes via ATS.
- Track hiring metrics and use data to drive decision-making.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and performance processes.
- Collaborate with the People & HR Manager to build HR infrastructure, including onboarding and compliance.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across hiring and internal practices.
- Support future org planning and the setup of HR and people management systems.
- Contribute to the development of the HR function across our London and Austin offices.
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven success implementing global hiring strategies.
- Strong project management skills and interest in broader HR practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
