As our Group M&E Revenue Strategy Lead, you’ll be the architect of our Meetings & Events (M&E) commercial success—designing, implementing, and coordinating revenue strategies that span across a vibrant portfolio of hotels and brands. Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience working with M&E revenue, whether in a Revenue Manager capacity, or in a MICE role on property.
- Minimum of 3 years Revenue Management experience.
- Ideally to have experience within a role that requires leadership and strategy setting, with experience in working with and influencing multiple stakeholders around the business.
- Ability to manage, analyse and present data effectively in order to make informed decisions on strategy.
- A strong leader, with ability to motivate and influence others.
- Strong commercial acumen displaying an interest and understanding of issues relevant to the business and industry.
