The Opportunity
- Lead end-to-end project management across logistics, infrastructure, and data centre developments.
- Work within and help shape the PMO framework to ensure governance, consistency, and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, with accountability for budget, timeline, risk, and quality.
- Engage and coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare reports and present to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in a construction consultancy setting.
- Strong knowledge of construction projects in logistics hubs, infrastructure or data centres.
- Expertise in PMO environments – establishing, improving, or working within structured project frameworks.
- Exceptional client-facing skills and a strategic mindset.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) preferred.
