The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our busy, entrepreneurial CEO during a 12-month maternity cover period. This role offers the opportunity to act as the CEO’s true right hand, managing a complex diary and travel schedule while ensuring seamless business and personal support. The CEO travels frequently and relies heavily on their EA for both strategic and operational assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO diary, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations including agendas and minutes
- Act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Assist in aligning strategic initiatives and identifying areas for business improvement
- Support broader studio communications and administration
- Coordinate and manage client and internal events
- Handle confidential personal and household matters for the CEO
- Liaise with staff, contractors, and external partners to maintain studio operations
- Assist with marketing and business development activities as needed
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, preferably within architecture, property, or a professional services environment
- Exceptional multitasking, communication, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and able to work under pressure
- Comfortable supporting a high-profile, entrepreneurial leader with frequent travel commitments
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Comfortable working fully onsite, 5 days a week
