I'm currently working in close partnership with a specialist SEN school in North London, as they look to appoint a new Headteacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated and well-resourced school that caters for pupils aged 5 to 16, primarily with autism spectrum conditions and complex additional needs. The school has a strong, experienced staff team and a clear, inclusive ethos that places each child’s wellbeing and potential at the heart of everything they do.

The Role

The school is seeking a strategic, compassionate, and experienced leader to take on the Headteacher role and guide the school into its next chapter. Key responsibilities will include:
