Role: Senior Change Lead, Public Markets Platform Team (Investment Transformation & Technology)
Duration: 6 months
Rates: £TBD/per day (umbrella)
Location: London (2-3 days onsite)
Overview: This role is critical to the Investment Platform, acting as a technology partner to business areas. You will drive platform modernization, efficiency, and business growth by implementing change across public markets investment teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solutioning & Delivery: Understand business requirements, propose solutions (leveraging Aladdin where possible), and lead delivery through engineering squads or third parties.
- Aladdin Expertise: Provide support and drive adoption of Aladdin across Public Markets teams, acting as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Business Analysis: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify gaps, define enhancements, and contribute to strategic product selection.
- Process & Workflow: Promote best practices, highlight impacts, and ensure demand prioritization aligns with business objectives.
- Incident/Problem Management: Manage and resolve incidents, issues, and risks via Jira, identifying root causes and developing creative solutions.
- Embedding & Adoption: Partner with users to ensure effective embedding and scalable use of new systems and processes.
- Support: Assist in defining new business requirements, designing processes, and maintaining strong relationships with investment teams.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Mandatory Aladdin SME expertise.
- Experience as a change leader within Asset Management or a similar organization.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end investment processes and a broad range of investment products.
- Proven ability to define business requirements, negotiate solutions, and operate under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Agile delivery expertise.
