Our acclaimed US Law Firm client with a stunning City of London based location is looking to hire a new Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal on a permanent basis, to join an incredibly busy team to assist with their international client base. This firm handles any kind of commercial dispute for industry giants in sectors such as construction, energy, tech and telecommunications with clients ranging from financial institutions to governments.
Salary: up to £44,000
Working hours: 09:30 – 17:30
Office based
Excellent Employee Benefits: including 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays), Health Insurance and Contributory Pension up to 5%
Key Responsibilities of the Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal:
- Assists attorneys in the preparation for witness interviews, including the preparation of witness files and maintain deposition exhibit files and indices.
- Coordinates, prepares for and attends trials, arbitrations and mediations.
- Assists lawyers with and coordinates the paper and/or e-filing of pleadings and other court documents.
- Summarises testimony and obtains available material at hearings.
- Assists with the collection, processing and review of electronic discovery.
Skills & Requirements of the Litigation & Arbitration Paralegal:
- 3 years+ Commercial Litigation/Arbitration/Disputes Paralegal experience within a top City law firm.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent written, organisation and communication skills.
