As the International Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of international tax compliance, planning, and risk management for the group. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring compliance with global tax regulations, and optimising the company's tax position in alignment with business objectives. This is a hybrid role, with Crawley as an office-base, with occasional travel to other UK or international offices as required.

Core Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage international direct and indirect tax compliance, reporting, and filings across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Support the development and implementation of global tax strategies that align with the company's goals and growth plans.
  • Monitor international tax developments and assess their impact on the business, including BEPS, Pillar 2, DAC6, ATAD, and local regulatory changes.
  • Provide expert advice on the tax implications of new markets, products, or group restructures.
  • Collaborate with external advisors and internal stakeholders including finance, legal, and business development teams.
  • Lead or assist with transfer pricing documentation and intercompany transaction analysis.
  • Manage tax audits and enquiries across jurisdictions.
  • Support M&A activities, including tax due diligence, structuring, and integration planning.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and automation in tax compliance and reporting.
Skills, Capabilities and Attributes
  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CTA (or international equivalent).
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience, with strong international tax exposure.
  • Experience within the financial services sector is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of international tax principles, including transfer pricing, tax treaties, and OECD guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
