We’re recruiting for a Raw Material Warehouse Operator at our Market Drayton site, to support the supply of a just-in-time service to the Operations facilities, whilst completing the receipt, booking-in and storage of materials from suppliers, ensuring all materials received are fit for purpose.

In the role of Raw Material Warehouse Operative, the key responsibilities will include:

  • Prioritise and calculate just-in-time production requirements and picks whilst processing miscellaneous stock requests within the warehouse
  • Organise the rotation and supply of raw ingredients and materials
  • Receipting, sorting and storing scheduled deliveries and returned goods, accounting for them, including quantities and quality status, on the appropriate management systems
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards within the warehouse
  • Adhere to health & safety practices and standard operating procedures that are in place
  • Ensuring consignments are accurate, in good condition, and accompanied by the correct paperwork
  • Accurate labelling and storage of goods received from external and internal sources
  • Conduct daily checks of FLTs and ensure they are operated safely and correctly
  • Conduct planned stock takes and visual racking inspections
  • Using the Warehouse Management System to pick product in order of Best Before date

  • Warehouse experience is essential
  • Counter Balance FLT license is desirable
  • VNA Licence is desirable
  • Reach FLT licence is desirable
