What You'll Be Doing:
- Helping put together cost plans, budgets, and tenders
- Getting involved in buying - subcontractors and materials
- Keeping an eye on project costs and updating reports
- Assisting with valuations, variations, and payments
- Visiting sites and checking in on progress
- Supporting with contract admin and paperwork
- Working closely with the commercial and site teams
- Helping with final accounts and project wrap-up
