You will be responsible for managing the accounts team, ensuring regulatory compliance and aligning UK financial operations with our parent company, MMM GmbH. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Cash Flow & Profitability: Monitor cash flow and ensure profitability targets are met.
- Financial Strategy: Develop financial plans to support business growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets aligned with company objectives.

The Person
Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years in financial management and accounting, preferably within a £10M+ turnover business.
Technical Skills: Sage 200 platform experience – Essential. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Accounting knowledge, deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Problem solving skills, ability to identify and solve financial problems.
Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication.
