We have an exciting opportunity for RTPI or RICS qualified Planners to join Savills London Planning team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is dynamic in their approach and thrives on working across a varied pipeline of projects within commercial markets, including Industrial & Logistics and Infrastructure sectors.
This role will involve taking ownership and responsibility for projects, managing your own workload under the supervision of the Directors/Associates and undertaking planning research and enquiries, monitoring and reviewing development plans and preparing representations to address issues with practical implications on our clients’ properties, drafting reports and planning applications, assisting with the coordination of project teams and liaising with local authorities and others. The role will include the opportunity to take responsibility for others training and development to support them in their career and provide pastoral care. Projects will principally be in London, the South East and East area.

Team Overview: Savills has one of the largest planning consultancies in the UK with a team of 350+ operating across 23 offices across all the principal regional markets. We remain the largest planning consultancy set within a multi-disciplinary property company. The team currently comprised of two Directors and two Associates. This role will be working closely with the Director of Corporates Commercial & Education to manage and support on an exciting pipeline of projects. Our aim is to deliver planning solutions that maximise the value of our clients’ property assets, taking into account the planning policy context, technical and environmental factors, local community considerations and overall sustainability.
