We're looking for a Caretaker to join our Maintenance team based at Welling School in Greater London.
Location: Welling School, Welling, Greater London.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (shifts 06:00 - 14:30 & 10:00 - 18:30).
What will you be responsible for?
As a Caretaker, you'll be working within the facilities team, supporting them in repairs and maintenance across the site. Your day to day will include:
- Reporting building maintenance issues through the Kier Helpdesk.
- Carrying out building fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations, and removals.
- Unblocking toilets, changing light bulbs, changing locks and painting.
- Accepting deliveries and distributing parcels.
