At Bertinet Bakery, we produce hand-shaped sourdoughs to flaky, buttery pastries. We believe every bite should be something special. We’re currently on the search for Junior Bakers to join our amazing team at our busy artisan bakery in Bath.

No experience kneaded — just bring your passion, energy, and willingness to learn! You'll get hands-on experience with everything from mixing dough to shaping, proofing, and baking real craft bread, the traditional way.

You will be perfect for the role if you:

  • Have a passion for great quality food and traditional techniques.
  • Want to learn the craft of baking.
  • Don’t mind getting a bit floury — it’s a physical job!
  • Are reliable, organised, and love being part of a tight-knit team.

Working Hours:

  • Day Shift: 11am – 8pm
  • Night Shift: 5pm – 2am

(You’ll work 5 days out of 7 — flexibility is key!)

Pay: £12.70 per hour
