What You'll Be Doing

  • Hitting the road 3+ days a week, running 4+ face-to-face meetings daily with both new and existing clients.
  • Generating and closing new business while nurturing current accounts; you'll be the face of the Company in the North East of England.
  • Owning your calendar: booking your own meetings and planning your own schedule to maximise results.
  • Becoming the first point of contact for customers, offering technical insight and recommending the perfect product solution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and updating our CRM to ensure seamless service and follow-up.

Are you the right candidate?

  • Proven field sales experience (you’re used to life on the road and making your own appointments).
  • Ideally from the drinks dispense or foodservice sector – beer, coffee, vending, catering, or water.
  • A sharp communicator and strong negotiator with a can-do mind-set and a cool head under pressure.
  • Technically minded? Even better! This role suits those who can sell solutions, not just products.
  • IT savvy – you know your way around Microsoft Office, CRM systems and ERP platforms.
