This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 plus commission.

Let’s talk about the role. It involves:

  • Registering buyers & applicants on to an electronic database.
  • Scheduling accompanied viewings & engaging with clients.
  • Handling inbound leads through various property portals.
  • Providing constructive and informative feedback to Vendors.
  • Generating and negotiating offers to get sales and lets agreed.

We’re looking for individuals with qualities such as:

  • Previous sales experience.
  • A natural selling ability.
  • Excellent communication skills & Customer Service experience.
  • Being articulate & a strong negotiator.
  • A background in Estate Agency would be beneficial.
