My client is looking for an experienced locum ASC solicitor able to deal confidently with Court of Protection Proceedings, DoLs, ordinary residence, funding and charging disputes, and advisory work relating to Care Act 2014 responsibilities, Mental Health and Mental Capacity Acts etc.

This role is temporary, initially until 31.12.25. Part-time candidates would be considered, preferably working 4-days.
