MTrec are currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing firm based in the Bishop Auckland area.
The Job You’ll Do:
- Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor.
- General manufacturing duties.
- Carrying out batch assembly of products and meeting deadlines.
- Using a range of hand tools and following engineering drawings.
- Quality inspection on all products.
- Should have working knowledge of all production departments and understand the systems used.
- To help prioritise workloads within the department/designated production area.
- Maintain the company’s health & safety standards at all times.
- To follow all legal and company requirements to the use of forklifts in production (if applicable).
About You:
- Used to working in a fast paced production environment.
- Focused on quality and able to produce products to a high standard.
- Working either independently or within a team.
- Achieve team objectives.
- Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.
- Physically fit as some products are heavy.
