My client is a fast-paced, innovative events company delivering exceptional experiences across festivals, corporate events, live music, and private functions. With a strong reputation for quality and creativity, they operate bars at a wide range of venues and events throughout the year and ware looking for an experienced, dynamic Multi-Site Bars Manager to take charge and drive excellence across all there bar operations.
The Role:
As our Multi-Site Bars Manager, you'll oversee the planning, setup, staffing, compliance, and delivery of high-volume bar services at multiple event locations. You'll be the strategic lead on all bar-related operations, ensuring consistency in service, profitability, and compliance, while leading and inspiring on-site teams to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee bar operations across multiple event sites

Recruit, train, and lead bar teams and events managers ensuring exceptional service standards

This is a hands on role so you will look after stock take, mange wastwage and bar cleaning each week making sure standards are kept high.

Maintain compliance with licensing, health & safety, and alcohol regulations

Monitor supplier deliveries, and ordering each week

Oversee events as an events manager.

Ensure brand consistency and uphold the companys values across all events
What We Are Looking For:

Proven experience managing multiple bar sites preferably in events or hospitality

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent organisational and logistical abilities

Full understanding of licensing laws and health & safety practices

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Willingness work evenings/weekends as required by event schedules

Personal Licence Holder (preferred)
