Many of our members work to support the world’s most vulnerable communities, especially those living in places prone to natural hazards such as earthquakes and extreme flooding.

If working as part of a staff team of about 80 people and alongside many of our members to address these issues appeals to you, then we would love to hear from you.

The Role:

This role will manage the Professional Conduct department and be the lead on matters relating to The Institution. • Knowledge and understanding of codes of conduct and disciplinary procedures in a professional context.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a Membership organisation or/and understanding of the Engineering or Built Environment professions would be advantageous.

  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Permanent Health Insurance
  • Health Cash Plan
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Season Ticket Loan
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Continuous Professional Development
  • Salary Progression
