Hexagon Housing owns and manages over 4,000 general needs homes in South-East London. We take pride in providing high quality services to our customers, are committed to raising the quality of our services and putting residents at the heart of what we do.
We are looking for an outstanding candidate with a genuine desire to work with our residents to join our influential Resident Voice and Engagement Team and support the implementation of our resident engagement strategy. You will embed a diverse and inclusive approach to resident engagement, deliver excellent insight, service improvement and ensure that resident voices are heard.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience of promoting resident, community or customer engagement.
- Track record of working with resident or community groups in a professional or voluntary capacity.
- Understanding of social housing principles, resident engagement strategies, and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and promoting resident involvement across all departments.
- A CIH Level 3 qualification or be willing to work towards one.
