We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Night Porter to become a valued part of our outstanding Concierge team at Pan Pacific London. JOB SUMMARY
As a Night Porter in our Concierge, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests, assisting with luggage during late arrivals and early departures.
- Ensure guest comfort by handling overnight deliveries and pickups from guest rooms, and managing any guest or hotel package requests.
- Greet and escort guests to their rooms as needed during night hours.
- Monitor the lobby and public areas to maintain cleanliness, security, and guest satisfaction throughout the night.
- Assist with night audits or administrative tasks when required, supporting front desk operations.
- Respond calmly and efficiently to any emergencies or guest concerns, ensuring a safe and pleasant overnight experience.
