About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Coordinator to join our London team. This role sits centrally across operations, supporting the commercial side of the business and working closely with the RevOps Director and commercial leads. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate commercial data, managing renewals, and preparing high-quality documentation and presentations that enable the commercial teams to operate effectively.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, is confident with CRM systems, and has the attention to detail required to produce polished, accurate commerical materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a central point of support for commercial operations, working closely with the RevOps Director and internal commercial leads.
- Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring data is accurate, organised, and supports commercial reporting needs.
- Assist in the preparation of data insights by extracting, structuring, and presenting commercial information as needed.
- Track and coordinate business renewals for ongoing services, ensuring timely follow-up and seamless process management.
- Prepare, format, and maintain client-facing documentation, including proposals, presentations, and other sales materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
- Collate and organise content such as case studies, team bios, service details, and visuals for inclusion in client-facing documents.
- Assist with the coordination and version control of all sales documentation, ensuring the correct and most up-to-date materials are used across the commercial process.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support for commercial initiatives, enabling the team to operate efficiently and meet deadlines.
Key Qualifications:
Desired Experience:
- 1β2 yearsβ experience in commercial administration, Sales Operations, or a similar data/operations-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar) and confidence working with commercial data.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manipulate data and extract insights.
- Skilled in PowerPoint, with high attention to detail when creating and formatting presentations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Confidence in handling data and commercial processes.
- Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite and Adobe applications.
