Forge Talent are currently engaged with a Market Leading business in South Manchester who are looking to hire an experienced Interim Project Accountant. The role will be for 6 months initially with potential to get extended. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role is looking to start asap.
Key Responsibilities
- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Month end duties
- Document process and procedures
- Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process
- Identify and make recommendations for opportunities for the business to improve efficiency
- Produce financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries
- Ensure alignment of budgets and forecasts with the firm’s strategic objectives
- Analyse financial performance, including revenue, profitability, utilisation, and cost control
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified or QBE
- Worked in a similar role previously
- Solid communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong systems and excel skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
Day Rate
