Graphic Designer – Sports Club – South West London
Location: On-site in Twickenham – 4 days in 1 day WFH.
Work Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27-28k

A well-established UK rugby club is hiring a Designer to support its internal Marketing and Creative team. This role involves producing multi-format creative assets across campaigns, events, digital, and brand materials. You’ll collaborate with both in-house and external creative teams, taking the lead on day-to-day rollout of campaign visuals, matchday graphics, social content, branded collateral, and more.
The Designer will also serve as the go-to brand guardian, ensuring alignment with the club’s visual identity while supporting departments including Commercial, Community, and Women’s Rugby.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering and adapting campaign creative for digital, print, and large-format channels
- Managing artwork across matchday, partnership, membership, and community campaigns
- Collaborating with marketing stakeholders and external creative agencies
- Owning briefing processes and supporting internal campaign planning
- Maintaining brand consistency across all club and partner touchpoints
What They’re Looking For:
- 1+ years’ experience in a creative design role
- Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator essential)
- Proven experience delivering campaigns across digital and print
- Confident in stakeholder communication and project management
- Passion for sport (rugby interest is a bonus)
- Comfortable working at pace, especially around live events and matchdays
