We’re working with a leading technology-driven firm building a new deep learning research initiative with real backing and long-term vision. This is a senior leadership role—not a trading seat—but focused on applying advanced AI to meaningful, complex problems at scale.

They’re looking to bring on a Director-level researcher to guide the team, define research priorities, and push the boundaries of deep learning in an applied context.

What they’re looking for:

• Experience leading researchers in elite AI labs
• Academic ties to top-tier institutions
• H-index well above field average
• Mentored or collaborated with foundational figures in the space
• Co-author on influential work with measurable impact

You’d be joining early, helping shape both the research direction and the culture of the group. Strong preference for European time zones, but open to remote for the right person.
