SAP SuccessFactors (EC) SME - BIB Integration Specialist

*SAP SuccessFactors EC – BIB Integration Specialist – Hybrid- UK.*

For our international client, RED is currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) SME – BIB Integration Specialist to join an ongoing global HR transformation programme.

The consultant is expected to start ASAP and for an initial 12-month contract.

This role is a hybrid opportunity, and UK-based candidates are preferred.

Desired skills:

• Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience
• Hands-on experience with BIB-based replication between EC and SAP ECC
• Strong configuration skills in EC data models, MDF objects, business rules and workflows
• Solid experience with SAP CPI, including custom and standard iFlows
• Good understanding of SAP ECC modules such as PA, OM, and Payroll
• ABAP debugging skills for troubleshooting integration issues
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
