Job Description
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and corporate transactions
- Advising on technology-related agreements, including software licensing and development deals
- Working on distribution, franchising, outsourcing, and agency arrangements
- Providing strategic IP advice, particularly in relation to brand protection
- Supporting on contentious IP matters, including copyright and trademark disputes
- Acting as a trusted business partner to clients, offering commercially focused, practical advice
The Ideal Candidate: You are a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with solid post-qualification experience in commercial, TMT, or IP law, ideally gained within a respected law firm or in-house legal team.We’re looking for someone who can bring:
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across a wide range of commercial agreements
- A strong understanding of tech, digital, and IP law, with a proactive approach to client needs
- The ability to manage client relationships with confidence and credibility
- A commercial mindset and the drive to contribute to business development
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit with ambitions to grow within a supportive and progressive firm
