We’re on the lookout for an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to join a dynamic software company based in Shoreham-by-Sea. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising our infrastructure operations. If you thrive in a Linux/Unix environment, have a knack for AWS and PostgreSQL, and enjoy solving complex technical puzzles.

As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the daily management of infrastructure operations
  • Troubleshooting and resolving support cases (including server crashes and memory issues)
  • Administrating Active Directory for user and group management
  • Working closely with internal teams to maintain system stability and performance
  • Providing internal support for software and hardware issues

Requirements:

  • Experience with AWS systems
  • Experience in Linux administration
  • Experience managing PostgreSQL databases
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
  • Organisational skills

This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm based in Shoreham-by-Sea on an annual salary between £35,000 up to £40,000 (dependent on experience).
