CantelloTayler Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk for our client based in Colnbrook, Office based working Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm. Must be a driver.

Import Entry and Customer Service Clerk duties:

  • Answer phones & liaise with customers
  • Arrange airline collections/deliveries
  • Plan import routings & overseas collection and put experience into practical everyday use
  • Occasional invoicing
  • Tariff classification
  • Import license check
  • Prepare import rated airwaybills in support of billings
  • Preparing of simple quotations
  • Checking correct use of CPC's & authorisations
  • Customs entries ASM/Gems/Sequoia
  • Filing customs post entry submissions/reclaims

Import Entry and Customer Service skill requirements:
