The Role
As the Retail Sales Trainer, you will focus on delivering product training, coaching retailers, building brand presence, and supporting launches, promotions, and sales events.
Deliver engaging product training and hands‑on demos in retail stores.
Coach and motivate store teams to improve smartphone sales performance.
Build strong relationships with retail managers and sales colleagues.
Ensure excellent brand presence, merchandising, and in‑store execution.
Support product launches, promotions, and sales events.
Drive results through insight, energy, and consistent field activity.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in mobile phone retail or consumer technology sales (EE, O2, Vodafone, Currys, Apple, Carphone Warehouse, etc.).
Confidence delivering training, coaching, or product demonstrations.
A target‑driven mindset with strong communication skills.
Passion for smartphones, innovation, and emerging technology.
A full UK manual driving licence (held for 12+ months).
