Responsibilities of the Graduate/Junior Support Analyst (Legal Tech):
- Assisting users to resolve queries and escalating any issues to other teams if required
- Becoming a true expert with house systems such as HighQ, AI Platforms and Litera transact
- Help with the process of upskilling both internal and external clients to ensure great user experience
- Provide admin support for product managers and admitting regular user and project archiving
