Paraplanner – Central London | Location: London | Full-time | Up to £65,000 + Benefits | Hybrid Working

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a leading financial planning firm in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning to a diverse client base, while working closely with advisers on complex cases.

What you’ll do

• Provide technical analysis and research to support advisers on pensions, investments, tax, trusts, and estate planning
• Prepare high-quality suitability reports and financial plans using tools such as Voyant and FE Analytics
• Collaborate with advisers in client meetings and play an active role in building client relationships
• Ensure compliance standards are met across all recommendations and reports
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing across the team

What we’re looking for

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (working towards Chartered/Level 6 desirable)
• Previous paraplanning experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify technical information
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities
• A team player, motivated by collaboration and delivering excellent client outcomes
