What Youβll Be Doing:
- Deliver structured medication reviews and manage long-term conditions
- Prescribe safely and confidently as an Independent Prescriber
- Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and the wider MDT to improve care delivery
- Optimise prescribing and reduce medicines waste across the practice
- Keep clear and accurate clinical records in line with best practice
What Weβre Looking For:
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
- Independent Prescriber qualification β essential
- At least 1 year of experience in a GP surgery or primary care environment
- Strong clinical knowledge and confident patient-facing skills
- Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running
This is a full-time role running Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with a 30-minute break. The position is ongoing, with a high chance of extension based on performance. The service is also open to remote working in the near future once established in the team.
